Essential Functions:
- Prepare and maintain a location organizational structure.
- Coach, develop, and recruit the locations employees by using affective talent management techniques.
- Is responsible for setting and communicating the hours of operation for the location. Ensure that hours are being operated to meet the customer's needs.
- Manages expense by approving and working with the budget of each location.
- Works with the Regional Manager in asset planning and budgeting.
- Maintains a good working relationship with their peers, direct reports, and management.
- Is responsible for locations budget and executing the budget by managing the location's P&L.
- Works with VP Grain on grain logistics.
- Manages grain stock by ensuring quality and space management to maximize blends.
- Make sure that the locations inventory is being turned in on a timely basis.
- Oversees that all equipment and rolling stock is in good working order and properly maintained by following the preventative maintenance program.
- Provide good customer relations.
- Maintain clean and customer friendly work environment.
- Manages the locations Health, Safety, and Compliance Programs. Ensuring that the location is in compliance with OSHA, EPA, NEDEQ, DOT, and the Cooperatives Health and Safety Program.
- Performs other activities as directed by their supervisor.
